CR8 RESPIRA FAQs

Breathing correctly when practicing a sporting activity, even at amateur level, allows your body to perform less fatigue and, therefore, increase endurance: two decisive functions in strength and aerobic training and performance.

CR8 RESPIRA is the ideal product whatever your level of training, because breathing well through your nose during sports means you get more oxygenation and thus reduce your fatigue. Simply put: performance improves and power also increases in short efforts!

Breath tells us how we feel: when you are depressed, tired, anxious, frightened or sad, the breath changes, triggering a vicious circle that leads you to feel these feelings even more strongly.

And that’s not all: your breathing also changes when you have trouble breathing properly and/or suffer from upper airway respiratory insufficiencies, such as:

  • deviation of the nasal septum;
  • allergic rhinitis, caused by those substances (allergens) such as dust mites, animal dander, mold spores, pollen, etc.;
  • vasomotor rhinitis, caused by inhalation of substances irritating the body such as wood and masonry dusts, detergents, chemicals, etc.;
  • turbinate hypertrophy, neoformations in the nasal passages and sinusitis.

CR8 RESPIRA will help you regain your physiological – and therefore more regular – nasal breathing, while also promoting concentration, emotional management and digestion: a virtuous circle that leads to a peaceful productive daily life.

CR8 RESPIRA is also an excellent tool for learning (or re-learning) to breathe correctly:

  • if you suffer from allergies, with CR8 RESPIRA you can get used to inhaling through your nose and limit the inhalation of allergens!
  • if you snore, use CR8 RESPIRA when you sleep, taking care to avoid burdening your digestion before bedtime!
  • when you exercise, learn to observe how you breathe with CR8 RESPIRA, it will give you many elements to improve your breathing even when you are not wearing it!
  • observe how you breathe with and without CR8 RESPIRA, you will find that breathing well is easier than you thought!

There is no specific position, because it depends on the size of your nose. We recommend inhaling through the nose during application, stopping the lifting at the point where you feel you can breathe better without the nasal pyramid curling up.

No, because you would not be able to lift the tip of your nose correctly and you would be exerting traction in a place that can cause you discomfort.

Look at the figure 1 in the video above and, to make the first few times easier, apply CR8 RESPIRA in front of the mirror.

Breathe in. The air passage inside your nostrils is widened to such an extent that the benefit is immediately noticeable.

Cleansing does not preclude the correct functioning of the product, but a good cleaning of the nasal pyramid certainly ensures CR8 RESPIRA more stability. Just as proper moisturizing will help you avoid having glue residue on your skin when you take it off.

Better not, in order to allow the glue to adhere well. Our advice is to dry your nose before application, even if only with a washcloth.

Yes, because CR8 RESPIRA can fit noses of all sizes, including children’s noses. In order not to impair its function, you can cut it to a maximum of 4 mm on each side, on the long side and the short side.

Yes, certainly three times without the glue losing its effectiveness.

We recommend not wearing it for more than 12 hours, to make sure it continues to function properly.

Just use the cleanser you normally use to clean your face or, simply, a neutral soap.

CR8 RESPIRA is a breathing aid, so you can use it when

  • you have a cold
  • you snore
  • you suffer from sleep apnea (if you use any equipment, talk to your doctor first!)
  • you have an allergy to pollen, dust, dust mites, detergents, chemicals, etc.
  • you have a deviated nasal septum
  • you suffer from turbinate hypertrophy
  • you wear an ffp1, ffp2 or ffp3 mask
  • you practice a sport
  • you feel tired or stressed
  • you have difficulty concentrating

Pink polyethylene patch. The material chosen is of high quality, making the patch hypoallergenic and also effective throughout 12 hours.

Yes, because our product is designed to be hypoallergenic. In case of sensitivity, we recommend a trial run for a short time; our glue allows you to peel and reattach it a couple of times.

Yes, the non-allergenic polyacrylic mass CR8 RESPIRA is manufactured with allows the device to stick well to the skin and to be removed easily.

The polyacrylic adhesive mass has been tested for skin irritation and allergic sensitization at specialized laboratories and reports the product as ‘non-sensitizing’ and ‘non-irritating’. However, in case of sensitivity, we recommend a trial run for a short time; our glue allows you to peel and reattach it at least 3 times without losing its effectiveness.

Yes, but you must not rub the surface of your nose with the sponge where you wear CR8 RESPIRA.

No, even the choice of color has been defined so as not to impair the field of vision when worn in the sun or during sports.

Not if you leave CR8 RESPIRA inside its disposable packaging.

We recommend a maximum of 12 hours.

If you use it to sunbathe, it can happen.

For now, yes, but we are working on finding an equally high-performance colored material. What color would you like? Please email it to: info@cr8respira.com

Unfortunately, not. And it will not help you get a French nose!

It’s for all sports, even those you don’t know!

Sure, and not only that: you’ll see that you’ll both be happier!

Yes, because when one has problems with the turbinates, it means that there is an irritative/inflammatory state of the turbinates that leads to hypertrophy (swelling) resulting in nasal respiratory insufficiency. CR8 RESPIRA leads to improved aeration of the nasal fossa, participating in reducing the inflammatory state and, thus, the resulting hypertrophy.
