Shipment

Euprana srl processes orders received within 48 working hours and shipping is carried out exclusively by the BRT courier service: customers can choose to have CR8 RESPIRA delivered to their home or to a BRT fermopoint, a more sustainable and economical delivery choice!


In Italy, BRT delivers approximately in 24 to 48 hours, in Europe and the UK, approximately in 48 to 96 hours.

In Italy, including the major islands, CR8 RESPIRA is delivered within 24 to 48 hours on working days and the shipping cost is €6,22.

In Italy, in the smaller islands, the shipping cost is €6,22 + €12,20.

In Italy, in the free zones, the cost of shipping to Livigno is €6,22 + €42,70 and to Campione d’Italia is €6,22 + €85,40.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery of the parcel to make a return request.

However, as CR8 RESPIRA is sealed in individual disposable packages for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept your request if one has already been opened. 

If you have not opened the individual disposable packs, the return is very simple: just send an email to info@cr8respira.com; we will inform you how to proceed.

Remember that CR8 RESPIRA must be returned in its original condition, complete with all disposable packaging intact inside. Packages returned with signs of wear and tear will be sent back to the original address.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer and cost the same as the delivery shipping costs.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day he/she received the product. If the consumer has instructed a person of his/her choice to collect the product, the withdrawal period begins on the day of delivery of the product to the designated person, other than the carrier.

To exercise withdrawal, the consumer must communicate his/her decision by e-mail to info@cr8respira.com within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product, indicating all data listed in Shipping and Returns. The seller will then contact the forwarding agent to arrange collection as indicated in the consumer’s e-mail and will send the latter an e-mail with all relevant information.

In the event of withdrawal, the seller will refund the consumer the price of the product less the shipping costs.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment that the consumer used to place the Purchase Order. Refunds may be withheld until the return of the product by the seller and may be refused by the seller if the returned product turns out to be:

  • not intact and/or used;
  • the product is damaged due to the consumer’s fault and/or negligence.
